- Story Hour – Is at 10 am to 10:30 am every Wednesday throughout the school year.
- Summer Reading Program – June through August for children birth to 12th grade
The Dot System
The dot system is a simple way of marking a book for the reading level it is intended. These dots appear on the spines of books written for kindergarten through third grade-level readers. Look for these books in the short blue, green, and red shelves in the Children’s Department of the library.
Red Dot: Pre-school & Kindergarten
Blue Dot: First & Second Grade
- Green Dot: Second & Third Grade
- Red square: Level Readers
